A boutique legal practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, meticulous counsel to individuals, families, and enterprises across Malaysia. Where tradition meets the demands of a modern legal landscape.
Justice is the constant and perpetual will to allot to every person his due.— Justinian I
Sahara & Partners was founded on a quiet conviction — that the practice of law is, above all, a discipline of listening. Before the pleadings, before the precedents, there is the client. Their circumstances. Their concerns. Their objectives.
From our offices in Cyberjaya, we serve clients across the Klang Valley and beyond, handling matters that range from routine conveyancing to complex commercial disputes. Our size is intentional: small enough to ensure that every matter receives the attention of experienced counsel, deliberate enough to remain agile in a rapidly evolving legal environment.
We do not take every case. We take the right ones — and we pursue them with the rigour and discretion our clients deserve.
Client confidentiality is not a policy. It is a principle.
Every matter merits preparation worthy of a trial.
Advice should inform decisions — never obscure them.
Our practice is organised around the matters that shape the lives and livelihoods of our clients — from the transactions that build a business to the disputes that preserve its future.
Incorporation, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and ongoing commercial advisory for enterprises operating in Malaysia.
→Representation in the Magistrates', Sessions, and High Courts for contractual disputes, debt recovery, defamation, and commercial litigation across diverse industries.
→Sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, tenancy and lease agreements, strata title conversions, and advisory on property transactions throughout Malaysia.
→Divorce proceedings, custody and guardianship, matrimonial asset division, Islamic estate planning (faraid), and compassionate counsel through life's most difficult transitions.
→Will drafting, probate and letters of administration, trust formation, hibah, and succession planning designed to protect legacies and minimise disputes.
→Employment contracts, workplace policies, Industrial Court representation, unfair dismissal claims, and retrenchment advisory for employers and employees alike.
→Every matter begins with a confidential consultation. We take the time to understand the full context before offering our views.
We examine the facts, the governing law, and the realistic paths forward — with honest commentary on both the strengths and the risks.
You receive a clear, written strategy, a transparent fee arrangement, and a realistic timeline. No surprises, no hidden costs.
From negotiation to the courtroom, we pursue your objectives with the full measure of our preparation and resolve.
Founding Partner · Advocate & Solicitor
Sahara binti Omar founded Sahara & Partners with the ambition of building a firm that is at once modern in its methods and traditional in its values. A graduate of Universiti Teknologi MARA, she was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2023 and has since focused her practice on corporate advisory, conveyancing, and civil litigation matters throughout the Klang Valley.
Her approach is defined by close client contact, meticulous preparation, and a conviction that good lawyering begins with good listening.
From our first meeting, it was evident that Sahara & Partners would treat our matter with the seriousness it deserved. The firm delivered clear counsel, returned every call, and guided us to an outcome we did not think possible.Mr. A.R., Managing Director Corporate Advisory Client
